Accessibility Statement for Cusgarne Manor

Cusgarne Manor is a Grade II*-listed property. Therefore the potential for any modifications to improve accessibility is limited but we have done the best we can.

There is level access from the car parking area to the front door where there are two steps. Access to the breakfast room and snug from the hallway is also level.

The Bailey Suite and Simmons Room are on the first floor, accessed by the main stairwell which has handrails. Both en-suite bathrooms have a step within them and a grab rail has been placed next to both of these.

The Harris Room is the least accessible. It is on the second floor and there are handrails but please note there is a 1.42-m beam to duck under on the way in and two steps within the room.
