Bed & Breakfast
Bailey Suite
Sleeps up to three guests in two rooms
The Bailey Suite consists of an en-suite king room and a linked single room. So, it can sleep three or it’s ideal for couples or sharers who like more space. Please note that the occupant of the single room uses the en-suite off the large room.
The large room features a fabulous wrought iron bed and has nods to the early 20th century with some Arts and Crafts furniture and Rennie Mackintosh touches. It’s painted a gorgeously warm shade of pale lilac inspired by the original colour of the door in the room.
The smaller room is simple and cosy with a 3-ft bed and comfortable chair. It’s a lovely pale bluey green which looks really fresh in the morning light and has the biggest window overlooking the valley down the mid-line of the garden. Both rooms have shutters and curtains, or you can let the morning light pour in.
Sleeps 1-3 guests
Luxury pocket-sprung Goodchild and Palmer mattresses
Goose feather duvets and pillows (hypoallergenic upon request)
400-thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets
Wet-room shower (down one step with handle hold)

Shaver/toothbrush charging
Tea- and coffee-making facilities with fresh milk (in large room)
Smart TV (in large room)

The Bailey Suite is named after the family who owned the farm from 1929 until 2015. Margaret, the lady who inherited the house and sold it to me, was born in the big room and slept in the small room as a child.

“A beautiful, peaceful location in the heart of Cornwall. Had the most perfect stay in the cottage, which is the ideal spot for those travelling with a hound. Fiona was so helpful and prompt on email and the cottage was a wonderful haven for both owner and dog… everything had been thought of.”

“Fabulous attention to detail, luxurious towels, quality bed linen, an electric toothbrush charger built into the bathroom wall, complimentary toiletries and ample tea and coffee. Fiona made us feel extremely welcome and produced a delicious full Cornish breakfast with their own home-baked bread. There is nothing not to love. ”
