“We would thoroughly recommend Cusgarne Manor to anyone looking for a quiet but comfortable stay within easy distance of both North and South coasts.”

Bed & Breakfast
Harris Room
This double en-suite attic room runs the length of the main part of the house. It has the best views of the valley and lake and is level with the orchard at the back of the house (with resident goats, Gary and Frank). The bedroom is painted in ‘Cornforth white’ which perfectly complements the lime-washed roof trusses, and the shower room is a delicious dark clay colour.
This room might not suit you if you’re very tall as there is a beam to duck under on the way in (1.42 m) and head height is a little limited at the sides. However, it’s most people’s favourite room in the house.
Luxury pocket-sprung Shakespeare mattress
Goose feather duvets and pillows (hypoallergenic upon request)
400-thread-count Egyptian cotton sheets
En-suite shower
Ren shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and handwash
White Company towels including bath sheets
Hair dryer
Shaver/toothbrush charging
Tea- and coffee-making facilities with fresh milk
Smart TV
Wifi
USB sockets
The Harris Room is named after the family who lived here for four generations from the mid-1600s until 1798. Their servants’ quarters would have been here in the attic.

“This is exactly what you want from a B&B; quiet, discreet and simple. The decor of the property is very tasteful and fits well with the character of the house and surrounds. Superb breakfast, Fiona and her sister were excellent hosts. it was very difficult to believe that it had only been open a few months. We'll happily stay again the next time we visit Cornwall.”

“The breakfast in the morning was 10/10, so much choice but why not plump for the full Cornish! We were truly grateful for our hosts local knowledge which helped us find lovely pubs and restaurants during our stay.”
